To be considered you will have gained several years' experience in new business sales hitting targets already but at the front end of your sales career, as this role will help develop and hone your skills for more senior sales roles down the line. Ideally you will have already gained at least 12 months in IP Telephony or Unified Communications or Lines and Minutes selling direct to SME / SMB end clients. You will most likely be working in a reseller and services company selling any of Toshiba, Panasonic, Siemens, NEC, ShoreTel, Mitel etc.
