Contingency Recruitment 

Contingency is the most popular form of recruitment for companies looking to identify staff without any initial outlay. Contingency Recruitment works on a success only fee and candidates are sourced from our database, networking and agency advertising. All candidates are sourced, pre-screened and fully briefed on any job applications prior to interview. We coordinate all interviews between the candidate and the client then subsequently we relay any formal offers.   

Executive Search and Selection

Executive Search and Selection is traditionally used to recruit senior executives. Unlike contingency, the client is required to make staged payments through out the process, this is because the executive you are trying to recruit is very well paid and extremely happy with their employers, and therefore isn’t actively looking for a new post. A professional head hunter works on a small number of assignments at any one time and will carry out very skillful and time consuming work in order to uncover and attract potential candidates. Upon receiving a first payment we research and conduct our search, and approach the best candidates in the industry, we will then present a shortlist at which point stage two payment will be made. When the successful candidate is offered and accepted, stage three payment is made.  

Advertising  

Advertising is a great way of raising your company profile whilst recruiting. Imperative work in conjunction with a number of specialist advertising agencies and are able to manage any recruitment advertising campaign. A fully detailed recruitment strategy is planned and priced, once authorisation has gone through for the management of the project, the process begins. This involves taking all ad responses and pre-screening candidates, we then arrange interviews, and relay any offers. Advertising costs are paid in advanced, and a placement fee is charged upon the successful candidate starting.
